Annual Awards Banquet Committee - this annual event is our Chamber's largest celebration and connection event of the year! From planning the event, to fundraising, to award nominations, this committee does it all!

Annual Golf Tournament Committee - This annual event brings together a team style golf tournament on the City of Sullivan 18-hole course.

Christmas Festival Events Committee - this includes the Downtown Tree Lighting and the Drive-Thru Christmas Festival.

Sullivan Prom Closet - providing local teenagers with a Prom experience and everything they need to shine at their Homecoming and Prom (dresses, shoes, suits, hair and makeup, and more!).

Dinner on Main Committee - What began as an outside of the box (literally on Main St.!) dinner idea, is quickly growing into one of our favorite events of the year. Our first year sold out at 35 tickets, our 2 year hosting this event sold out at 75! (You see where we are going with this)

Sullivan Farmers Market Committee - Saturdays from May through September each year, this committee exists to promote local handmade, homemade, and home grown products!

Business Expo - usually held in March, this 1-day event is centered around our local chamber members and businesses!

Marketing and Strategic Planning Committee - works to develop advertising and marketing opportunities for chamber news and events; implement, monitor, and evaluate strategic plan

Chamber Ambassador Committee - recruiting new members, mentoring current members, and serving as ambassadors for the Chamber.

Rooftop Food Drive Committee - this annual event, usually held in November, is a way to raise awareness and support the Meramec Community Mission through a canned food drive.

Toy Drive Committee - each year, we are honored to raise money and bless families in our community during the holiday season with a toy drive. In 2023, we were able to spread a little Christmas joy to 88 families and 225 kiddos.
